The age-old adage is that, "Diamonds are a girl's best friend." While we don't disagree with this, we'd also say that, "A killer dress is a girl's best friend," it hugs you in a all the right places, shows off your best assets and you feel, well, like a woman in one! So when we saw local pop sensation, Sammi Cheng (鄭秀文) dripping with Cartier diamonds and dressed up in a great little sass & bide 'Restraint & Abundance" dress in the picture below, we couldn't help but let out a big "le sigh" and hold back screams of jealousy!
