Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week Day 1 was filled with excitement, starting off with the announcement of this season's Fashion Ambassadors, which included designers, photographers and bloggers. Then: off the the shows! The day kicked off with a superhero-themed Romance Was Born show and and a gypsy-inspired Kirrily Johnston show. Next stop: the Camilla show, where we felt we were immediately transported to an island in the Bahamas as it was filled with some of the most beautiful kaftans we've seen. Who better to round off a stellar first day than the boys at ksubi? We sat behind blogging powerhouses Bryanboy and Fashion Toast as we took in the show, then we all headed to the Flinders Hotel to party-hardy with mega-babe Bambi, Natalie Wood and Harper's Bazaar's Christine Centenera, to name a few. We can't wait to see what Day 2 has in store for us!
