After three days of New Year's style resolutions, we think we're finally ready to tackle the big ones: our resolutions for life in 2013!  When setting resolutions, we think it's more about achieving a better mindset than about reaching certain specific goals such as 'lose 15 pounds' or 'drink more water'.  For our first set of resolutions, we're tackling our inner mindset; that is, thoughts, opinions and decisions that come from within.  We hope that our resolutions will inspire you to change your mindset in 2013, too.

Define your own kind of beauty.  Don't let the world dictate to you what is "beautiful".

Enjoy the little things!  Your cup of tea in the morning, your walk to the bus, the shadows of the trees on the ground.  Appreciate the little things and you'll start appreciate the bigger things even more.

Live the life you imagine for yourself!  Make it happen.

Be brave.  All it takes is a few seconds and you have the chance for something truly incredible to come out of it.

Say 'YES' more often.  Be a more positive person.

Dream big!  You want it all?  You can have it.  Don't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling!

Try before you give up.  Have an amazing idea?  Don't think, "Oh, that'll never work."  You'll never know unless you try.

Don't overstretch yourself or be envious of someone else's position.  Start with what you have and build from there.

Live in the NOW.  Not yesterday or tomorrow.  Take steps to change your midset to living NOW.

Lastly, shine!  There's a beautiful spark in all of us that is often dulled by stress, anxiety and social pressure.  Shine bright like a diamond in 2013!
