best bet: rooftop cinema

In a city where most evenings after work are spent attending an event along the lines of a new product launch, a restaurant opening or a fashion show, sometimes it's a real treat to do something a bit more low-key and relaxing.  Our best bet for a laid-back evening takes the form of Rooftop Cinema HK, a venue which opens doors tomorrow, 7 April. Situated on the roof of the Fringe Club, Rooftop Cinema HK screens classics such as Donnie Darko and Pulp Fiction on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Rock up at 7.30 for drinks and a bite to eat, and the show starts at 8.30; this sounds like the perfect way to spend a lazy summer evening with a group of close friends. Tickets are priced at $125 and seating is limited to 90 per showing, so get in quick! They kick things off with our personal favourite, Zoolander, tomorrow evening!
